About the Founder
David Hoffman
I'm a husband, a father, a counselor, coach and educator. My abilities are my skills that come natural to me. But I wasn't always true to my calling in life. I have worked many types of jobs in my early years in search of who I was, believing that my identity was wrapped up in what pleased me or what I did for a living. I found myself in a morally downward spiral and my reality was that I hated myself and tried to hide it. I tried to fit into a mold of what I wanted people to believe about me. I tried to control every area of my life by how others responded to me so that I could get my way but it exhausted me. The price I paid was too high. I had lost everything, my family, my job, and the lifestyle I was living. I had my crossroads experience. I had to pick myself up and dust myself off. I faced myself in the mirror and came to the conclusion that I had to understand where I was at in life and how I got there. Only then could I truly surrender and listen to the voice within me to guide me into what I am destined to do. I had discovered my mission in life; transforming the culture of men for the sake of their families.
When I faced that reality my life transformed. I could 'be' me and greatly prosper in my 'being'. It does not come without discipline and self control. I keep a schedule of Prayer and Meditation, Study, Work, Fitness, Nutrition and Family Time.
The school of life has taught me far more than I have ever bargained for. I had to learn the hard way and it cost me everything but I can truly say that it was worth it. I have found my roots, the man I am meant to be. Now I live a prosperous life. This is my calling, to pour down prosperity upon my family and in my realm, my sphere of influence. It's yours, too.

The Husband League
Since its inception and launch in March, 2018 The Husband League has been an instrument of hope for over two dozen men who have wanted to step up and be a leader in their families and the number is growing. Many families are breaking apart because men have not been the leaders of their wives and children causing strains in the marital relationship. Having gone through this myself, I had to humble myself and truly surrender to be able to hear that small inner voice that had been screaming at me for so long. That voice reminded me of a word spoken over me 20 years ago. The word was, "You will be well known among men." Then it came to me. All of my life experience, my education, the purpose on my life came rushing in and took a seat in my mind and it was that moment I realized I had just connected back with my heart. I heard that voice say, write down what you have learned and publish it. The words began to flow and with that the birth of this purpose of transforming the culture of men by empowering them to be leaders all of a sudden became my passion. Through this process I have sat with men to sharpen and be sharpened. To hold to account and be held to account. As men, we need men. We need to deal with our weaknesses and be encouraged as leaders. We also have to stay sharp for the sake of our families. Our wives and children look up to us to lead them and it's time for a cultural revolution of men stepping up with a true sense of who they are as leaders.

What I Do
I help men develop a strategy to be leaders and lovers of their wives and coach them through the process. If you are separated, getting your wife back can be emotionally draining. A well balanced man is a man who has self discipline over every aspect of himself. He is a leader and leads by love. First to his family and then everyone that he is involved with in his life. He keeps a cool head and exercises self discipline. A man of character first takes care of himself. What I mean by that is that he takes care of himself, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically so that he can pour that out on those whom he loves. He surrounds himself with other men who are of the same frame of mind to hold him to account and ask him the right questions about his life.
